Trades

A trade is worth what somebody will actually pay for it, and we have been buying and selling this equipment since 1994 across five stores. That is the basis for the number we give you.

Tell us the make, model, year, hours and condition, and anything that needs attention. Photos help a lot. The more accurate the information, the more accurate and firm the number we can give you.

We would rather give you an honest appraisal than an inflated trade allowance offset by a higher price on the new machine. That shell game is common in this business and it does not survive a careful buyer.

If the right move is to sell it outright rather than trade, we will tell you that too.

  • Tractors, combines and harvest equipment
  • Hay tools, planters and tillage
  • Compact tractors and mowers
  • Skid steers and compact construction
  • Honest appraisals, not inflated allowances
  • Trade equity applied to your next machine

Questions

FAQs

How do I get a trade appraisal?

Send the details through the form on this page or call your nearest store. Make, model, year, hours and photos get you the fastest, most accurate number.

Do I have to buy something to trade?

Generally a trade is part of a purchase, but talk to us. Depending on the machine we may be interested regardless.

Will you look at equipment on my farm?

For larger machines, yes. That is often easier than hauling it in.
